Wall Ball Drills
Warm Up
- 100 passes right hand, catch right hand
- 100 passes left hand, catch left hand
- 100 passes right hand, catch left hand
- 100 passes left hand, catch right hand
- 50 split dodges/ face dodges & shoot (right and left hand)
- 50 fake & shoot (right and left)
- 50 passing and catching while running along the wall (right and left hand)
After players feel confident with these 7 drills, try changing the distance from the wall (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)
Variations
- Do the same drills with one hand to practice catching difficult passes
- Do the same drills but quick stick everything
More advanced players can try and pass behind the back
